This policy explains what we collect when you order from us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to Sree Nandhaas (“we”, us”) and this website.
Only the people needed to complete your order: our payment gateway, our courier and logistics partners, our email and messaging providers, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your personal data.
Current processors: Razorpay (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Railway (application hosting), Neon (database) and ImageKit (image delivery). This list is updated when a processor changes.
Order and invoice records are kept for eight financial years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Other data is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to care@sreenandhaas.in.
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping your cart and your session. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts run on this site. If that ever changes, this policy will say so before it does.
