Orders are packed fresh and shipped across India. This page explains how and when your order travels.
Free delivery on orders of ₹799 and above
Below that, delivery is a flat ₹50 — see “Shipping charges” below for how it’s worked out.
Within Kerala: orders placed before 12 noon on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon are dispatched the next working day.
Rest of India: dispatched from our production unit. Same-day dispatch is a Kerala service and does not apply outside the state.
We do not quote a fixed number of days. Once your parcel leaves us the timeline is the courier’s and varies by destination, so every order is dispatched with tracking instead of an estimate we cannot keep.
International: not available at present. We ship within India only.
Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, festival volumes or incorrect addresses are outside our control.

The threshold is measured on the value of the items in your cart, before shipping. The charge that applies to your order is always shown at checkout before you pay, so you never have to work it out from this page.
Two fresh items — Ghee Boli and Coconut Boli — have a five-day life and are sold at our counters only. They cannot be added to a courier order.
Our three pickles ship nationwide and are packed with leak-proof packing.
Every pack carries its net quantity and best-before date. Shelf life varies by product and is listed on each product page.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Please check your address and phone number before paying. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange a resend and the cost of sending it again is payable by you.
Cash on delivery is not available at present. Orders are paid for online when you place them.
